He likes tattoos. He likes scorpions. He could be in a gang. He could be a biker.
It's not right for me to make a judgement about someone I don't know just by one visible tattoo. I have a tattoo and wouldn't want people to judge me.

The purpose of a tattoo is to sybolize a part of your life that you feel was important enough to imprint it on your skin. He could be a Scorpio. Scorpio men are seductive and sensual men and usually are pretty arrogant. Whatever his tattoo means, only he would know. However, I would assume that he is proud of his astrology sign and decided to place it where the world can see it. It's on the inside of a person that they should be judged, not by their appearance. Jeffrey Dahmer was a good looking man....and look how screwed up he was. I've met "scary biker men" covered in tattoos, that would give you the shirt off their back. People are never what they appear to be, until you've actually taken the time to get to know them, don't judge them by their tattoos. :o)

Maybe it represents something close to his heart like a child, or an old friend...somethingl ike that. But I personally don't like enck tattoos unless it's on the back where it can be covered by hair. On the side I think is tacky.

It represents a lack of class. No classy gentleman would have such a visible tattoo. Can you picture this guy being a Dr., a teacher, an engineer, a politician, a banker ?? or for that matter, any respectable position? No, of course not.
