To get a profile picture on Yahoo Answers you must first create a Yahoo 360 account.
You can do this by clicking on your profile name, then selecting the option to get a Yahoo 360 account.
You will see a place to upload your picture from there.

Just upload it to your Profile when you edit your Profile picture.

AFTER you are at level 3, then you can add your picture. To do it, you have to have a Yahoo 360 page, and have your picture there. It will say "use my Yahoo 360 picture".

if you dont have any picture teh click on grey box before your name. then in that u will see edit my info. click there n you can put ur picture.
