What are some fun things i can do with my 12 year old niece staying in the house and yard.

Have Fun! You could ride bikes,play board games,if she is old enoughf go paintballing,bowling,do eachothers hair,do a craft,draw funny picteres of eachother,go to the park. And if you have a dog you can tak him/her to a dog park or a walk around the block!! Hope this Helped!

you could try to bake some cookies, or cakes with her. Let HER decorate and add whatever toppings she likes. You could also let her do simply.. this.. let her answer questions, shes not 5.. she is old enough to suurf the web.. let her choose. But, I have a little sister who is also 12, and i would bake with her, its fun and easy!

You could make up a 'treasure hunt' where you leave clues for her to find. You could have an adult rent some movies for you ahead of time. You can do each other's nails & hair.

Talk with her. 12 year olds have alot on their minds and are really fun to talk to. To listen to - future dreams, friends, happyness and so on
