She probably is not paid a salary by her record company. Her income most likely comes from record sales (a little bit), concerts (most of her income) and promotions (another large chunk of it)

As for the exact amounts, well, that's something that she probably wants to keep private, but I would have to imagine she's not exactly eating Ramen in a 1-room apartment
