I have a girlfriend that she is made just like you are describing. Actually her inner labia protrudes out & over her outer labia. She's in her 50's & has always been like that. I suppose it's just how some are made & born with. Never really bothered her other than if she wears tight clothes it rubs on her underwear. She has to try & well how can I put this ? She has to "adjust" herself & push it up & in a little so it doesn't rub.
