1. Our world leaders are real assholes.
2. We are driven to mass consumption via advertising.
3. The human greed is enlarge by this media advertisement.
4. There is no will to stop the greenhouse effect do to economic factors.
5. Humans as individuals are generally good but in group they usually become real stupid and tent to follow the biggest nuts.
6. Religious difference make it almost impossible for humanity to unite as one and follow a purpose.
7. We had a great chance and basically we blew it, it´s to late now to stop the doom road we have let a few take us all.

Mainly that is why, never mind roaches may do better.

Many people are following the wrong person.
There are many people out their to follow. Religious maniacs claiming to be god, rock stars, sports stars, politicians, murderers, hollywood, Church leaders, community leaders, people quietly and unobtrusively trying to do good, etc...
Their are only two powers existent in the world; one stands for what is good, right, just, fair, honest, merciful, orderly, true, reasonable, intelligent, living, choice. The other stands for what is bad, evil, unjust, unfair, unmerciful, deception, lies, chaos, untruth, madness, ignorance, hate, force, dead.
These two powers diametrically oppose eachother. People fall into the one or the other, depending upon who they heed. There is no gray area, no moral relativism, no fence sitting. You belong to one camp or you belong to the other.
It seems we have many people in power who fall into the latter category and thus cause misery through evil choices.
The only thing that prevents the complete and utter destruction of the world are those who choose the former and fight against all evil.
Today sides need to be chosen and the thing is we have have chosen by the things and people we listen to, what we think about and what we do in our lives, to others and ourselves.
Choose you this day whose side you are on.
That which we know to be good is life.
That which we know to be bad is death.

Bad child rearing practices have led to what we have now. You see people treating their children like dirt. I was shocked when I went overseas to a "civilised" country to see the extent of it there. Of course it happens here too, it's just not usually so overt, or considered normal. We are copying that country more and more, so it is going to get pretty bad here too.
If children are brought up to have self respect, they will have respect for others too. If people became aware of what is going on inside themselves and what motivates them, they might be more able to deal with difficulties instead of wanting to smash someone else up. So awareness is a big issue in the world today.

1st of all We need a new President.I think that the school systems are messed up.where i live kids have to go to school at 7:50am and leave at 3:50pm or something.They only did that b'cuz they used all the snow days for PTAs and other stuff.We got out of school on some days after that.Like i said we need a new Prez.

The refusal to accept that fact that Jesus Christ died for everyone's sins and he rose from death to show the world his love. If you can't believe the greatest love story of all time, it's hard to put trust in anything else, personally in my opinion.

Its EGOISM. If each person gets rid of his ego his world will be a much better place to live in .But i know this is impossible.
