First you must love your desires they are part of you, the part that you must learn to understand and not cater to. To love that which is desired is to look for something out side of yourself, material things, people any number of things that takes you outside of your self.

You love your desires which are only manufactured by you. It would be too easy to passively argue that you are only following what is desired. In choosing your desires, you also are responsible for exercising ethical judgment as to the desires you actively pursue.
