I was a residential carpet cleaner years ago and we cleaned a ladies house that was horrible.
She had moldy dishes in the sink and counter, (stacked to the ceiling), unwashed laundry that took up an entire room, a bathroom that I won't even begin to describe because it would make you ill, and a saliva problem where she spit on every surface in the entire house.
The smell was so bad we had to scent the house with a fogger used for smoke damage before we could start work, and sanitize the house with a flood water damage sanitizer during the whole process.
Though I got a fantastic bonus, I quit the job shortly after that.
