It might, the chances are slim, though, as you probably won't ovulate. I had to take no pills at all for 3 or 4 months before I ovulated & could get pregnant.

I would suggest talking to your doctor about how to get pregnant with your special cycle problems, do you know what causes your period to be nearly absent when you're off the pill?

The best way to get pregnant is to not be on any form of birth control. After I went off of mine I was pregnant within a year. But make sure that you are ready to have a baby. They are so much more work than I ever thought possible. Also talk to your partner and make sure that is what they want.

this is not a good idea. your body needs to be rid of the hormones in those pills before trying to concieve. talk to your doctor before you do this for your babys sake

it usually takes a few months of not taking the pill for your hormones to get back to normal
