I have the e260 from Sandisk. 22 hours.
The reviews of the B153 say it comes close at around 145-146 hours.

I don't have one but i heard that they have a very long battery life, though i think it may only be 100 hours.
I personally like the sandisk sansa e250. It has a 20-hour battery life( rechargabel li-ion)

i have a muvo tx fm by creative it gets about a 15 hr battery life on 1 aaa battery

i have an ilo. It runs off one AAA that is supposed to last for sixteen hours...it doesn't.
