Can I practice my profession in UK if not what other options I have?

I am a Filipino citizen with a UK Visa. Electrical Engineer by profession.

Also make sure that you're visa allows you to work in the uk if not you will need to apply for a work permit inorder to work in the UK otherwise you will be breaking the law, Employers will require you to produce documents that state you're allow to work in the uk.

If you've got qualifications that are recognised in Britain you should have no problems. Britain is always in need of people with professions, apparently sparkies are always in short supply.
