I was 8 when I first got mine. Well when I remember anyway. Men and boys will always and it's invalentary when you are young. So it's possible to have one the day after your born or when you are born.

I vaguely remember when I was 5, I was hospitalized from a car accident and nurses would have to hand wash me and I remember it getting real big and stiff while she was washing that area.....I swear that she enjoyed it a bit, but I didn't understand at the time.
