Well the normal excercise and diet are key rules. You want to try to find a "diet" that will stick with you for life. Something that is able to fit into your life. Also...green tea burns fat so I would drink 4-6 cups of it daily. I have lost 5lbs already. I just make pitchers of it and refrigerate it...I hate hot tea. I think a combination of exercises, portion control, and green tea will give you good results. It's working for me! Good Luck.

Well, since you say you have plenty of time, you are way ahead of the game. The trick is to change your eating habits and your exercise habits, but slowly enough that you don't feel overwhelmed or martyred and start going back to your old ways.
The next time you are out with your friends and they suggest going for ice cream, ask "Do they have frozen yogurt there?" Plant the idea, for yourself and your friends, that pigging out is not a good idea. Any sugary food is not just loaded with calories, it is playing heck with your blood sugar, which plays heck with your mood and attitude, your ability to think clearly when you want to study or do well in school, and most importantly, when you need to think clearly about your relationships. So being a sugar junkie is very, very stupid.
Next is fat. Greasy fried foods are not only bad for your waistline, they are at least as bad for your skin, your internal plumbing and your heart. I know, you think you're too young to worry about those things, but research proves (and my own miserable condition testifies) that what you eat when you are young makes a big difference in your health when you are older.
Then there is exercise. I know, gym class is usually a Class A drag, but there's all sorts of exercise. Dancing is a very good one, as is swimming, horseback riding (no, the horse does NOT do all the work, not by a long shot), biking, hiking and camping and other sorts of non-specific get out and see the world kind of activities. And if you like team sports, they are good for you, too. Volleyball on the beach with friends is still an active sport, even if it's strictly for fun. If you want to be serious about it, join a gym. Have the personal trainers there give you a serious work-out to do two or three times a week, and you will be amazed at the difference in your life.
Or take up a martial art. Whatever it takes to get your body moving, working up a sweat, and using up the calories you eat in building healthy muscle tissue. Don't worry about getting so muscular you don't look feminine: only very serious body builders who really work at it get like that. Short of that extreme, stronger and healthier is definitely more appealing to men. It's Mother Nature's way.

Drink water, eat NO JUNK FOOD! (junk food ruins it), work-out, (sit-ups, push-up) are a few that work on your belly. If your going out to eat, Order the salad not the Chincken fingers. Keep a deit chart, (what you eat) so you know if you can take a bite of that yummy cake! Go on a jog every morning. Get the right shoes and sweats. Remeaber sweating is good! Never give up! I really Hope I could Help you with your problem. :)

Cut your food portions in half.
Aerobic exercise 3-4 times a week for no more than an hour at each session.
Reduce the number of high-fat foods (butter, fried foods, desserts)
Eat more fruits and vegetables
Reduce the amount of bread and salt
Drink 8-10 glasses of water

I had a similar terrible feeling 2 weeks in the past. i think extra constructive now, notwithstanding no longer thoroughly over it. I in simple terms attempt to correct off my time with different issues (ingesting with friends, observing comedies, itemizing to song), and attempt now to not imagine about her ( as puzzling by using the undeniable fact that's usually). flow on dates also help, dont assume to fall into love with someone straightaway, yet favor to flow on finally. Breakup sucks, notwithstanding this is in simple terms part of existence. As I see it, this is extra constructive fall in love and split than no longer loving in any respect.

FIBER!!!!! it will make you feel bloated but it will burn the fat away in a snap.
you can not eat calories and fat at the same time. that what makes you fat in the fist place. its one or the other.
and the regular old becoming a vegetarian helps. exercise. ( jogging works best for me ) oh but swimming is great if you can do that you should start to see changes
