How do I get rid of my fear of severe storms and tornados?

Floods and hurricanes don't scare me though.

you know i have the same thing and i live where they have it all the time ... i just go to bed when one hits there not much you can do there around us everyday

Im 29, and I am still very afraid of Severe Storms and Tornados...

I think it just has to be outgrown, and I never have..

try learning to love the rain and go drench yourself in it and then when love the kid you will definitely like the family
