i sometimes find myself forgeting things, is this due to drinking when younger? Can i take steps to make my memory better?

Well, some nutritional supplements help improve memory.
Ginko Biloba
Focus Factor
Essential Fatty Acids (Fish Oil)
if you're vegetarian, you can take Flax Seed Oil instead of Fish Oil.
Also, beware of "aluminum chloryl hydrate" in your deodorant. And, get rid of any aluminum pots/pans; throw out & stop using aluminum foil, too. It it very bad for the body, & accumulates in the brain where it promotes Alzheimer's. Buy either stainless steel or glass cookware, & use Saran Wrap to cover dishes.

you must include protein & herbs like Ginseng to improve your mental power but i must say that youshould start taking food supplements of multivitamin & Siberian Ginseng and Ginkgo Biloba + Omega-3 complex these will improve your mental power and your health too
