well no its not small persay. The average length of an adult is 6 inches although most men arent happy with that- and neither are some women. If your 13 and that size already- when your 18 I think you will make some woman a happy girl! Good Luck growing!!

Well, thays just TMI!!!!!....but i will answer anyway, the average penis is 6 inches, the chick who said it was 7or8 was WAY off. Your body is still growing so give it time. As for right now i guess that sounds about average. Also for the girl who said your getting ready to start puberty, boys go through it earlier then girls so he might have already started
