Friendship, in the dictionary, is defined as a friendly relationship. I have so many friends, in both genders.

i can honestly say that i don't have any friends, at least not where i live. if i do they live about 4,000 miles away and i never talk with them.
i'm not complaining, but you asked.
friendship for me is someone that i feel COMPLETELY comfortable with from day one. i've only had two or three friends like this and i still talk with them every once in awhile and whenever i do it's like the two or three years doesn't matter at all because we are still best friends. they are super outgoing because if someone around me is outgoing, and i can make friends easily. but if they are shy my mouth kind of stops working and i just feel stupid.
by the way, i am not an outcast. durring the school year i have friends, but i never call them and we don't do anything over the summer. i'm happy without friends, all i need is to go somewhere where there's people and i'm fine.

To me a friend is someone you can depend on thru anything. Knows you inside and out,who will be there even if you don't know you need them.A friend is also someone even if you are in a argument will be there if you need them and vice versa.You can call in the middle of the night and they don't mind. I agree with some of the others that you can have many friends but only a couple that you can call your best friends. I have several friends. Only a few that i can really depend on.

Having a friend with a meaningful friendship means you can count on them through thick and thin no matter what. And that you can trust them with your thoughts and emotions and inner most secrets. It's better to have 1 trustworthy friend than to have a thousand unloyal friends. I have tons of friends, but only a select few do I tell everything to. Hope this helps!

friendship is always being there for each other, a deep kindness honesty. I have 1 true friend and he is of the opposite sex I have known him my whole life we never dated He was my husbands best man in our wedding

I used to have alot. Then everyone kinda grew up and started their own families and drifted away. :(
