This is a true story!
As everyone knows, Colombia has a terrible problem with narco-terrorism. Well, a group of soldiers were patrolling the jungle, and stumbled across a huge amount of money hidden in the jungle.
One soldier left the group to answer the call of nature, and found himself squatting on a fortune! $US 46,000,000. They split the money among themselves, and spent most of it in record time! Wine, women and song! As would happen, the Colombian authorities found out about this and now these soldiers are facing trial.
You are the judge in the trial, what would you do? You have to take into account the terrible pressure and conditions that these soldiers were under: constant enemy fire, landmines, torrential rain, snakes and creepy crawlies everywhere. As this type of thing hasn't happened before, Colombian law isn't very clear what the soldiers should have done under these circumstances.
Your decision is final, and cannot be overturned.
Now judge, sentence them!

The money belonged to a narco-terrorist group.

ME (The Judge):
...........ORDER.............. ORDER.............!!!!
According to the case spoken by the soldiers and the police force, we haven't got a good conclusion.
As no evidense or proof was shone by both the parties, The final decision shall be taken in the 23rd of the next month
Till then the court is closed .
Please you all may go

Being soldiers they are working for the State, therefore whatever they found belonged to the State. So they robbed the State. In this case I would take all of the money they had left, as well as what they purchased, and they have them serve 1 year in prison, and be dishonorably discharged from the military..

Locals in my area still strongly believe in the Tokoloshe stuff. they put plants under their beds to protect them from it(Mpepo)

My answer:
Well, I'd be lenient on them, who's money was it to begin with: considering Colombia's history on drug-trading and mafia's I'd leave the money where it was... they made a foolish decision to take it, why did they not just leave the country...? poor oaks! hope the best for them

I would sent their butts to jail for being stupid and not spending the money inconspicuously. If I were in their shoes a extended vacation would have been in the plans.
