First of all, Air Force one is property of the US Air Force and more technologically advance than the whole of Switzerland. Secondly, it is not actually free for the President to use the plane. He has a yearly allowance to cover its expenses and if he exceeds his allowances they become out of pocket expenses. And thirdly, he can accomplish just as much in Air Force One as he can in the Oval Office.

This demonstrates a total misunderstanding of how things work. The plane doesn't belong to President Bush, he is only allowed to use it while acting as President.

I'm guessing that this is just another question that in reality demonstrates a hatred for President Bush.
