I swear nowadays I found that most guys (not all but the majority) are over the top egoistic and because of that alot of girls are subconsiously brainwashed to be their slaves to their every wishes what do you think?

I think the guys you have been surrounded by ought to talk to their mothers the same way they do the other ladies in their lives and see how far his ego gets him then.
Some guys want to be bad asses.. so they try to be the boss of everything to show they can control any situation.. some ladies like and are drawn to these guys for JUST that reason.. but then later if they expect to change that man.. they are barking up the wrong man..
Most guys really are wonderful and have wonderful character and aren't in the least self absorbed and careless with ladies feelings, thought, goals, and etc.. whatever she wants in life, he should want for her as well, and if he can't support her dreams, he needs to leave the scene...
Don't fall prey to a person that doesn't know you enough to make you happy, and if he isn't concerned in the least about doing that, walk away and find a real man that does care about you... and everything you do for this man will never be taken for granted, and the love you shower on him, will be deserved.

this issue goes back many, many years ago. our society is based on a patriarchal system. yes, we are brainwashed, but i wouldn't "blame" it on the males as such but rather our socialization while growing up. think about the numerous fairy tales - all those poor damsels in distress, either working themselves half silly or carrying some unbearable burden without ever complaining. they never do something to change their own circumstances - only "the proverbial prince on his white horse can save them". no wonder men are egotistical - they are brought up that way - only - there are fewer and fewer damsels in distress and men simply can't stand loosing their power base. they sure have some catching up to do.!
PS: from experience i can assure you that the prince normally turns out to be just a man and his horse is really just an a$$, or vice versa

'taught provoking'? hmmm..first time I heard that one. But I DO find the question a little thought provoking. In some ways I agree...however, I'm too simple to go along with that. I feel like..as I saw the chick earlier with the nick 'guys drul'...I feel like that's about right, 'girls rule...guys drul'...lol

Young men and teenagers very often act the way you describe, but as often as not, it's all for show, an instinctive effort to prove that they are strong and smart, so they can attract the best possible mate.
Most older men have matured out of that, and treat their female companions as equal partners.

Thats horrible!! I'm not like that at all, i treat women with respect and i think anybody who thinks they should do whatever a man says is a *****. I think girls need to snap out of the trance and get a better man.

I agree girls are brought up thinking they have to be thin or blonde or have huge boobs and act stuipid to have a guy and they think they have to keep him happy no matter what yet girls have not really set no standard for guys most of them act like jerks

Hoperfully the solution is not for most gals to be egotistical too. A woman with a healthy self-esteem will become no one's slave.

hmm..could be..my personal experience is that women are also very egotistical now and demanding men by slaves to their whims. I prefer to operate under assumption that all people be they men or women think they are the end all be all of creation...hasn't been proved wrong yet
