With the bonnet up, have someone start the engine. Watch it to see if there is excessive movment on the mountings. On a clear road, switch the motor off, and see if the decelleration problem is still present. If so, suspect wheel balance, alignment, wheel bearings, propshaft bearings and joints, axle oil seals, sticky brake pads in a lazy caliper... the list goes on, sadly.

Its your wheels. Take it to a tyre centre and get them to check wheel balance and alignment. Although if alignment was the culprit you would notice oversteering. Also just inspect the quality of your tyres - make sure they are correct pressure and there is no damage to the tyre wall.

Acceleration & deceleration vibration sounds more likely to be engine / gearbox mounts either lose or perished, you need to get them checked out.
