its bluetooth also wont activate and am not able to capture or record.its a samsung sgh-d820 and had fallen into water.after two or three days it statred working but wont catch any signal though.am not able to make as well as receive calls.whatever the reason is it repairable?

Make sure you have extended insurance on your phone before you tell them it was stolen!
