The spiritual entity, Abraham, as channeled by Esther Hicks says that there is absolutely nothing more important than feeling good. The world however, does not seem to be the place for feeling good. We have wars, pollution, global warming crime, hate etc. etc. etc. if you look. But then taking another look, and you can find beautiful natural beauty in so many place around the world, nice, sweet, kind people being helpful to others and enjoying themselves. Perhaps it is all a learning experience. Perhaps it is all about learning to make a choice, a choice to enjoy your life or to suffer and be miserable. What do you think? If you are learning to enjoy your life, how do you do it?

In order for other people to love, repsect and honor who you are.. you must love, respect and honor yourself first. If you don't love yourself, how do you expect someone else to? Hope this helps!

Feeling good is acceptable only when it does so without physically or emotionally harming the world around us.

Given that you mean generally feeling good about yourself and life, then you are talking a matter of choice. I've experienced both misery and joy, and each time there has been a choice made at some level to put myself there. Today I concentrate on keeping a good attitude, being thankful for what I have, and adding a little joy to the world every day.

What you invest your thoughts and hope(or worry) into is the deciding factor to whether or not you are enjoying yourself. Attitude is everything. You know when you have it and you know when you don't. When you catch yourself in the act and check your attitude you can almost always turn around the bad if you choose to. Too often we get a martyr syndrome and think we deserve to be miserable. Why, I don't know; but I for one try my best to be positive, upbeat, silent in conflict, open, understanding, but most of all objective. Do I succeed? Sometimes, which is better than never. My life has been sh!t more times than I care to recall, but tomorrow is a brand new day, and I'm loving the roller coaster ride called life.

Perhaps my line of thinking is not so far from yours, as I was beginning to think. The reason I say this, is that I find more joy and happiness in peace and quiet (okay, so I do like the loud music sometimes), I mean being by myself or with a friend, thinking or talking about important subjects. Or doing some type of research on the net.

The best way to really enjoy your life is to be in the service of others. This simply means you think of others instead of self. Not only do you get an overwhelming feeling of "doing good" you also feel satisfied in yourself as a giving person. I think that above all else makes us feel good as person.

I just read.Sometimes I'm up to no good like play Ding Dong on neighbors doors!!But I live in West Africa ,Mali my dad works here so I can play anything, anywhere I want because the people who live here dont kidnap or murder.They are too lazy because the temperature is 43% up here!Or take a nap,which sounds stupid but atleast its something!

I am learning to enjoy my life:
first of all, you must be financially satisfied
second .. you should be happy about your physical part and you can by exercising some kind of sport or hobby
third.. don't think too much about being happy because it will become harder and harder to reach

I am a naturally happy person. My husband tells me I radiate sunshine. Life is mostly good and I have many good friends and a loving husband and child. I try to concentrate on the good stuff.
