No; there are often questions to questions...it depends on your perspective. Sometimes, you question an answer, doubt it, do not believe it; other times, you question a question. You want to understand from whence the elements of the question arose.
Does that answer your question, or does it simply make you ask for more?

Of course there are always answers to questions. It would be totally impolite if when asked a question, any question, and you did not give an answer. Even if it is 'I am sorry, I do not know the answer' would suffice. The alternative is to say nothing which would be very rude. Now if the questioner was asking if there was always an ADEQUATE answer to a question, there there is a totally different argument. In whose opinion would the answer be inadequate, the asker, the answerer or someone on the outside. I would suggest that the person on the outside could not deem the answer to be inadequate without attempting to make an answer him/herself. Taking all available information, a true attempt to answer any question, including personal knowledge and logic, any answer should be adequate.
I sincerely hope that I have tried to answer your question, and that the answer is deemed Adequate, by your standards. God bless, take care.................

In yahoo answers, yes some were ignored and got zero response! In our life, there is always answers to questions but sometimes we get 100% correct and the others are ambiguous or unclear,50/50 or totally opposite or never been answered! For instance, people around the world had different beliefs regarding religions,if you are not belong to their church you will get different answers! Same as sciences, scientist has different ideas and theories unless they had made an experiment or studies! All situational questions here in yahoo answer are not definitely correct because everybody is unique,we have different principles, values and beliefs as well as we have something in common,we are all unique!

Some questions defy answers. Others may not get answered because of timing.
I find that if I extend my question and add details, I can eventually get an answer.
