Well, boys and girls learn differently, and a co-ed school basically flips around between the two for learning styles, in order to strive to meet the needs of all students. In an all-girl school, the assignments and projects can be geared towards the learning styles of girls and their common interests, and the same for all-boys schools. The education would be less individualized in a co-ed school.

Relationship problems is a common problem in a co-ed school since they tend to concentrate more on their "Love Lives" rather than studies. This could also result to morality problems especially students who are sexually active, which could also be a cause to the rise of teen pregnancy.

I think it depends on the person, their parents and the School Staff. But some could be:
The pressure to date or just pair off at younger age. You can easily date at school with no adult the wiser if you go to co-ed school.
And you so of course, once you hangeout with those who of the opposite and their are hormonal feelings involved, you can get pressured to be involved with sex, drugs, alcohol, or just being superficial, not really taking school serious or not wanting to get involved with extracurriculars because you like them but because all your friends are into it. (i.e. getting upset for not making the cheer Squad)

Also, girls and boys tend to learn and communicate in different ways; however, this doesn't apply to ALL girls and ALL boys, just many. Girls tend to be more emotional, empathetic, and receptive. Boys, on the other hand, seem more aggressive, logical, and independent.
