I am 16 but, as of yet, have no sign of facial hair. It really bothers me, especially because my younger brother, 15, already has some. I'm just wondering what age all you men out there started shaving and if there is anything at all I can do to speed up the process?

Dude, I'm 27 and can't grow it. I can get away without shaving every other day. It sucks. Jim wants some cool sideburns. And shaving everyday to make it grow faster is just a myth.

There's nothing you can do to speed up the process; it's totally genetic. You can try exercising more, as this will release hormones & endorphines that may help trigger the process, but I doubt it.
You're not racing your brother! Let time run it's course.

Shave, even if you don't need to and it will speed up the process.
