You will always be the only one that can keep you strong. Keep praying to your God and ask him to help you. Desensitize yourself to the bad things and soon you will get to where they bounce off of your heart like it's made of rubber.Remember..Nothing is as bad as you yourself make it. You aren't alone..I'm not sure if you are a believer..but God won't ever give you more than you can handle...and I know that's true.Put your emotions into your art..ane I know you will go far.

I would call you a light warrior as only he you chose to go through intense darkness in life after promising your soul to retain your light at the other end, now that you are almots out, celebrate that you are alive, there are not many on this planet who have survived what you have been through. So that already makes you a winner, now your task in life is know that you can become an inspiration for others when you choose to use your life experience to guide your life's work. You chose to go through all this not for nothing but to then share you light with others, so as you get busy sharing you light you will find it is growing steadily, you are a light that is meant to be shared.

And that makes you an excellent light warrior so my only hope is that you begin to realise and just polish it up a bit. What say you?

But for any real change to happen in life we first need to love and respect ourselves just the way we are, that means complete self acceptance, accepting all that we are and all that you have been thru, know that it is over and then take the next step into the light, your light, its waiting to be claimed.

Your mental fatigue is because you are not ready to accept what has happened to you, and that takes time and effort , and above all little bit of self love!

What do u mean "i know,, whts inside me is whats coming to me." -Bad experiences and painful memories...don't impact and change what's inside of except as much as u let it...U basically have to deal with these memories and abuses...u won't be free until u do...u have to analyze the pain, where it came from ... who caused it-forgive them [to set urself free], how that pain changed u, and work on undoing that change...Don't let ur past's pain be king of ur future...ppl get abused all the time...some lead happy lives because they choose to defeat the pain and ignore it...and some lead miserable lives...because they either decide to stay victims forever or they just don't try to overcome it...who do u wanna b...? put that in mind, it'll help u in ur war...and btw i was there too...earlier in my life...and try to look for ur purpose in life, that would help you so much in overcoming that pain...since it'll motivate u...p.s.try reading Purpose Driven Life...it's a good book-it's Christian based, but may be it'll help...:) I have a feeling you will win, warrior

Read Sun Tzu, "The Art of War"

All of your answers are there.

In the meanwhile, see a doctor about an anti-depressant. you read like you may be bi-polar. This may be chemically controllable.

And do yourself a favor and look for the good in others. They are not out to get you. They are only out to take care of themselves like you are.

Good luck. You may want to read Go Rin No Sho, or The Book of Five Rings. Check it out, you may find the writer very interesting...
