Our built-in balancing algorithm assumes a certain amount of friction. The sudden removal of most of that friction is not part of our normal every day experience, so it is unhandled. There are exceptions, like on a skating rink. This is an expected change, and the brain has learned how to handle this.

Because the friction between a banana peel and our feet is smaller than earth with our feet.Banana peel works here like lubrication oil for mechanical parts ,which are here banana peel sticked to the earth and the foot.

well, when u step on a banana peel.. due to less frictional force, v lose our grip. here less friction.. i meant is.. since the banana peel is soft n smooth.. due to our pressure on the peel it gets crushed and it fills the gap between the surface and our foot on which v lay so the grip over the surface is lost..
In general, if u step on any soft surface which v feel u may not slip if u walk carefully.. this means that there is some frictional force behing it.. well, the surface is not 100% smoother. it has some gaps in between.. if at all these gaps were filled then v will slip.. just like walking on an oil dropped surface or a powdered surface(maximum)....

I think the majority of people have never actually stepped on a banana peel. I think that is more of a cartoon thing. I don't think it would even be slippery if you stepped on a banana peel. Considering the underside of a peel is wet and your floor is dry, I think it would probably stick..or not budge at all..

whilst strolling or working the physique makes use of each foot in turn as a good platform to flow it extremely is weight around on. It makes use of this component as an anchor for muscle tissues and stability mechanisms to act against. once you step on a banana or the different volatile floor the foot is now no longer in a good place and the physique is thrown off stability. It immediately realises that the foot identity no longer good any further and that it has lost some or all administration over stability. It then is going right into a sort of panic mode the two to attempt and regain stability or extra regularly to placed the physique in as suitable a thank you to proceed to exist the autumn.

It is because banana peel is soft and friction is very less between Ur foot and the banana peel...............so U tend to fall easily...........(can U give me 10 points? :-)
