Yes, Art Bell will return to "Coast to Coast AM". Art did return to the show briefly on June 17, but the latest about him is that he's waiting for the ISDN line to be installed before he can return to "Coast to Coast AM".
I don't think that his marraige to Airyn Bell is on the rocks, because if it was, we'd most likely have heard about it announced on the show.

Yes, Art has checked in here and there. The kinks are still being worked out for him to be able to be part of the show from the Phillippines without technical difficulty. When he was on, it was quite comical at points with all the interruptions.
Most marriages have some bumps, but I hadn't heard anything about that.
