You won't be able to trace the total usage hours of the used phone. More important is the phone is in good condition than how many hours it has been used. You probably could find out from the manufacturer's website or from the place you bought the phone the year of manufacture. To check your mobile phone identity (IMEI), see the back of your phone for a 15 digit number, or you can enter *#06# on phone without SIM to find out. If you can get the unlocking code, to unlock and find out the firmware of your mobile phone, it will reveal the software configuration and date/time of the firmware. Different phones used different locking code so search the web for it.

It depends on the phone model and manufacturer all phones have a "date code" under the battery by all the bar codes it's just a matter of knowing where it is and how to read them as of the total minutes used in most menu's you can find an option that tracks the total minutes used over the lifetime of the phone. if you have any more questions about the date code email me through my 360 site.
