Shapeshifting becuase it would be so much fun, and I'd be able to do so much good. I answered your other question like this so I'll use this to talk about more ways to do good.
Terorists: turn into supplies, get smuggled to their hideout and then turn into knockout gas. Once they are all asleep, turn into a radio to call in the troops.
Car thieves: In an area pagued by them, turn into a nice car, say a Mercedes, and wait to get lifted. As they drive away in me, turn into a cage, with them inside and wait for the cops.
Bank robbers: Turn into money. This would be a lot more effecive than the dye packs they use, as I could go from a twenty dollar bill into a rhinoceros.
Rapists: I have two daughters, and a wife, so this type of criminal really sickens me. If there was one hitting girls at a college, I could turn into bait ((ugh, well, I won't make cross-shifting a habit!) and wait til he strikes. Then, poof, huge attack dog.
People who cheat on their taxes; wait....everyone does that a little! I have better things to do with my time!

I would take the flying super power, it would be nice to save some money on gas.

I want to be the best mangaka in the world!!!!!! To be able to draw anything so perfectly is also a power * that's what think* and it'll be the greatest for me to have!!! Besides I really need a tutor for that *sigh* CHEERS!!!!

the power to read minds ... so I would be able to know what's REALLY going on in people's heads, instead of just trying the figure it out by reading between the lines of what they are saying or trying to figure it out from what they do.

well i would want the power to grant wishes on my command anytime and anywhere with no limit. (if you consider it a power) if i were able to do that i would be able to for everything i practically wanted.
