Thialand. It's food is great, the prices are reasonable, you can get good buys on jewelry, the scenery is fantastic and the people are friendly. Just make sure you only drink bottled water.

Definitely Malaysia...stable politics, low chance of geological and weather related disasters, lots of shopping (the Malaysian Mega Sale is on soon, I think), amazing food, culture is diverse (lots of ethnic groups here) and lots of pretty places to visit.
