How do I program the tax tables on a NCR model 1001 cash register?

I need to change from 6% to 7% (live in NJ)

I haven't been able to find a manual anywhere, but they do sell the unit, with manual, on ebay. Perhaps if you wrote to one of the sellers, they could help you with those instructions. www.ebay.com
