Obviously, more people were atuned to this kind of music than those. People today are also more likly to purchase albums then they used too.

In what decade where those great albums?? There is your answer. People spend more money on their kids nowadays and kids spend more money on themselves these days. I disagree with the choice of "great albums" but that is why she sold more more money being spent on frivolous things for the teeny-boppers of the world
