u need to take him to strip club and buy him a dance lol. i had a friend that was like that gets all nervous and all. took him to strip club bought him dances and he loved it. wanted to go more and more and then before u knew it was hitting bars and having fun. so it worked for my friend should work for urs. hold him down if he dont want the dance. once he gets it he will love it and want more. then u can just let him come out of his shell by himself but i dont think that be smart. hes missing out on all the fun so go 4 it. well good luck man hope that gave u a option

Try to get him to open up a little and be himself. He'll enjoy it and maybe not be so shy. I used to be painfully shy and I got over it. I still get shy at times but hardly ever. He can overcome this. It just takes time. Good luck!

well even i had a frnd like dat wat i did was first talked to her a lot
gave her d space to open up wid me
and wen we became close frends n she knew my intentions were gud i sumtimtes told her rite out on her face dat u r too shy
dis sumtimes made her feel underestimated n at d same time i made her meet new ppl introduced her to new ppl n told her d gud things about dem b4 introducin dem
all dis made her a bit more comfortable meetin dem n also created a little bit pressure as i used to tease her in a friendly way dat she was too shy
so i guess u try dis
n u can make dis guy also try get into sports as dere he'll get to now new ppl n wud start talkin to his teammates but at d same time give him his space

there could be reasons why he is so uptight. you need to loosen him a little bit and help him bring out his best character.
but don't push him so hard coz instead of bringing out something good, you'd probably bring out the worse in him.
i use to be VERY shy but i had my time of bringing out and opening myself. i had time building up my confidence and prooving that i could do better what others can do. there's wasn't anyone pushing me. it was just my time to get out of a shell...
so, i guess, you still have to wait for his time...

i understand the place you're coming from. style of distant socially, very unswerving to those you draw close, sense on my own, and basically choose somebody who desires you, too. you will entice those such as you. people who understand besides. tougher to locate those human beings. Takes longer to truly variety such bonds. even nonetheless it is going to take place. not at all provide up; save on going. choose to chat w/ somebody? be chuffed to deliver me a message(:

It is good to know that you feel for your friends problem. Just never leave him alone, always appreciate him for his good things, encourage when he is trying something. Better acknowledge him with the veteran personalities who also had shyness as their bad things.
