There is this girl at school, we used to be quite good friends but recently she has been really horible :calling me names, slagging me off, turning my mates againstme, hurling abuse down the street and even chuckin sticks and cold water at me while I try to walk home. i have told my mum and she said it is bullying and that I should tell a teacher as it has been going on for weeks.Luckily most of my friends have seen the light and believe me but there is stilll a few she has brain washed! It is a week till we finish at school and i don't know what to do about it because it has really got me down! Please help

Start carrying an umbrella and let her know you're not going to let her get to you. Completely ignore her and everything she says and does. It'll get annoying enough to her that she'll stop, she's only looking for a reaction.

As for telling a teacher, if it's taking place outside of school property there's nothing the school can do at all. You'd be better off calling the police at that point, but there's not much they can do either unless she's physically harmed you.

So, like I said... Just ignore her. Once the reactions stop, the harrassment will stop.

Tell the school counsellor.
