Fade-Away or any vanishing cream will help with the scarring. Make sure you keep your face clean with whatever soap works for you. I use Oatmeal soaps as I have sensitive skin.

I would suggest going to an organic store or health food store in your area and asking for help. Or, you can visit a Naturopath who can help you find natural ways of correcting the problem. All the best to you.

I have heard that there is some form of laser treatment available to helo with the effects of scarring from acne, but don't know where you can get it done or if you have to pay for it. You would need to check though whether your heamophilia prevents you from getting this done. A doctor who says there is nothing they can do doesn't sound very sympathetic, and I would suggest that you either ask for a second opinion or a referral to a dermatologist who may be able to give you some advice.
