I have flaws like anyone else but I recognize my strengths. I work in a courthouse and have earned the respect of judges and many other professionals (despite only having a GED and a few other shortcomings) The thing that has earned their respect is my talent for fixing just about anything. I enjoy my work and use my strengths to make the old courthouse run right. Look to your strengths and compensate for shortcomings and if your lucky you will find a job you look forward to going to ( it took me 42 years to find mine) You can do anything if you use your talents to do what you enjoy and keep a good humor till you find it.

I view them as oppurtinities for improvement. To dwell on them and feel bad is counter productive. I think it's better to focus on what you are good at and strengthen those skills also.
