Note that:

Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

yes haemmoroids can cause itching, shaving hair can cause itching and pimples! She might have a sensitive skin, it may be the soap she is using! It may be because of lack of hygiene, she sweat and does not wash herself as soon as she sweat. she can do baby powder to reduce the symptoms.

It could be a few different things, a yeast infection is a common cause of vaginal itching. She should see her doctor.
