Depend... if the fight is in the movie called "Superman", then Superman will be the hero and the rest are the supporting characters or the bad guys. Likewise if the movie is called "Batman", then Batman shall be the winner. The same goes with Spiderman and Aquaman.

Spiderman. Because outside of the costume, he's smart and geeky. So he could out-wit the others.
Batman would be a close 2nd, cos he uses tactics a lot.
The other two just use super-powers to defeat enemies, so don't use their wits.
