Get a doctor that does that. Many 'traditional medicine' already has become orthodox.
Research in voodoo has resulted in medication to get the heart-rate down to zero during open heart surgery. Bloodletting by using leeches is back. And many more.

ways of integrating traditional and orthodox medicine?
Hi
Firstly each must gave respect for each others method of treatments.
The Patients wishes should be foremost.
Both should unite to get a non toxic diet and water for the community.
Get rid of the “National ill heath scheme” which only keep people in a job by making people sick.
Recognise there are toxic chemic in the food chain and Governments acturally achieve something – remove them.
Anecdotal evidence must be able to be used. Research should be undertaken to establish why and how it works. If a scientific reason cannot be found then do not ban that remedy or treatment.
The two branches must never be combined because alternate therapies become threatening to big business. LET THE TRUTH COME OUT
Heath Care like medibank must recognise non Pharma treatments and allow tax relief. At present you can claim alternate medicines only if a Doctor will authorise a referral.
Lets make some progress

traditional medicine is the beginning of orthodox medicne.
for example, in trad med, u get a leaf from a tree and eat it as a drug, but in ortho, u take the leaf to the lab. and process it into drug.
trad is more effective, more side effects and less comfortable to use.
ortho is les effective, less side effect but more comfortable to use.

The trick is to offset the 'orthodox' meds (as they r so synthetic to our bodies) w/alternative supplements, ie, if u r taking an antibiotic, take probotics to keep the 'good' bacteria in the stomach. When u r done w/the ortho meds, cleanse colon, etc....
