its difficult to give up smoking but not impossible, there are many ways like:
1.try to get an alternative for smoking like chocolate
2.try to keep yourself busy with no packets
3.have chewing gum with you for some days
then you can quit smoking

wow I was hoping that someone would ask this so I could pass on some good info
My partner hasn't smoked now for 3 1/2 weeks.
for the first week he used patches but he also read a book called Quit smoking the easy way by allen carr. This book reprograms the way you think about your smoking habits. (well thats what he rekons anyhow) I cant believe how well it all worked he has been a 1/2 pack a day smoker for the last 15 years yuk huh now he will hopefully be around to see his baby daughter grow up my mum and her partner also used this book to quit and they had both smoked for most of thier lives and have now been smoke free for 2 years. Good luck to you. We only live once.(oh ps try chewing nicabate gum While your on the patches )

Smoking is very harmful to our body.
It can be removed by Helping of Friend circle.
take more smoke in a day after you feel to take little more after some more after more after medium after little & then after you can remove that habit. If you are going to leave at once day then you can't, Do day by day!
