So I had this dream about 4 weeks ago. It consisted of my self walking outside a chappel holding hands with a light skinned African American female. We were standing outside of what seemed to be a wedding for a while . She was very beautiful and had very dark brown hair and beautiful lips. I'm from SoCal and i think everywoman is beautiful but just happen to find blonde girls very attarctive. I'm a SoCal stereotype i surf,skate, party and have bonfires all the time i'm a freaking beach bum and Mexican. but that's what i have always dated, Blonde girls...... so my question is " why am I still thinking about this female" She's not even real i dont think, and I don't mean to sound Vane or arrogant but i don't have trouble with women at all. So any dream specialist out there, can you please help. I really want to know if there's a deep meaning to this.....yeah she was beautiful!!!! and cant stop thinking about her...................................... Although i wish she was real..

Okay, i understand that some assume that i don't date anything else but blondes but thats not true,they just happen to be the ones I get approached by , reason being= I'm scared sh!tless of talking to females and the ones im usually around have that " i like tan skin" thing going on. Like i said i love females, i do have a soft side to me that all my friends (the girls) seem to find comfort in when they argue with their boyfriends. someone wrote

In respond to that , Dude i'm Army Airborne so i kinda have to be a little macho "sometimes" I do think about other people and their wealthfare. I just don't see what phase of my life requires growing up, wish i knew if this pertains to the dream in any manner.

the people we encounter in our dreams are not real, even though the may seem like the real people we meet in our lives.
This girl is yourself- no, I'm not saying you're gay or a tranny or anything like that- but she represents a softer, more femimine aspect of your personality that it would be good for you to develop.
The fact that she is dark means that she represents your origins, that she is truly from your real self.
Your lifestyle is a very macho, laid-back lifestyle. So maybe this girl is saying, grow up, be yourself, but learn to think about other people and maybe develop that sensitive side that is obviously there.

since the girl in your dream was not the type of girl that you generally are attracted to, but yet were totally taken with, this suggests a few things that might be going on in your life right now.
one being something new in your life that you would like to try or something that you will be dong that you have very little experience in. This dream would be telling you that even though you may not have this experience, you will do well with it.
So think about your life as it is right now, what is it that you may be on the verge of doing? Is it something new that youve never done? Are you longing for change in your love life or any other areas? Have you decided to begin a new chapter in your life? A job change? College?

Welllll... I've heard that you're supposed to watch out for personal dating "discrimination". Like, say your first girlfriend and your mom both had green eyes, and now you tell yourself "Oh, she's not my type" to most girls you meet now, and the only reason is that you're subconsciously weeding out all the girls who don't have green eyes. And that's bad, because then you're nixing a bunch of potentially great girls who might be really good for you for no real reason at all, without even realizing it.
So, maybe that's what your dreams trying to tell you - like, trying to get you know to break through some mental block you've got on all girls who aren't blonde. Maybe - just a thought :)

it was just a damn dream get over it. the reason you keep thinking about the girl in the dream is because you fell in love with the imaginative girl, she was what you desire, after all she was made up from your brain. we all go through these dreams at times , i have dreamed about some of the most beautifully women, perfect face, smile etc. its just our thoughts that are deep in our brains and when we dream they are released into our dream girls etc. i hope you understand what I'm saying,
