I had a VERY scant peorid this time. My breasts are very sore. I'm fixed so Im not pregnant. Is this part of the change?

45 years of age is the average age for menopause, so i guess its all imbalances prior to a coplete stop.
but u need to practice self examination for breast lumps and localized pain.

I'm convinced I was born with my breasts hanging to my knees and I'm sure now that I'd step on them without a serious bra.

One sign that I need a new bra (aka over the shoulder boulder holder) is when my breasts hurt.

cyndi b is right - sore breasts is part of the change - I'm beyond that - but gravity still continues to contribute to my experience of sore breasts.

thıs may be a hormanol change but ıf wıth paın ın your breast a mass or anohtor thıng go a doctor almost after 50 years you must make a mammografı once tıme evry year
