I want to start a computer Cafe in city ,Then I want it to upgrade it as a computer Institute what i required like material , mainpower, certificates, etc. Please Tell .

Computer Cafe-location is main creteria..now a days.. as now a dasy people can get internet connection at very nominal cost.. so u nned to provide something extra with effective pricing..and good environment..
u need atleast 8 PC's for cafe with Win Xp installed with webcam( good quality) and microphone facility
leased line from any ISp based in ur hometown ..
atleast 2 gaming consoles for kids as when mothers used to come at cafe..kids don't bother them ..as u can offer 1 hr gaming for kids for 2 hr surfing..
on a corner u can sell computer ralted stuff's in a good ..do maintain that space..
u can sell T-shirts....as youth are ready to pay any sum for good stuff..
and do create relations with ..local youth ..as they will bring busiens.. coffee and snacks are good options..
no such certificate is required.. as all u nned to reigster ur shop ..

If you have not run a business before, a good strategy would be to go to work for someone already operating a computer cafe. That way you would see first hand what how to solve day-to-day problems and challenges.
Even better - find someone with a computer cafe who is looking to sell their business - then you have the advantage of an existing client base.
