There is one basic difference which is the precursor to all other phy, mental and behavioural differences :
A womans brains are in her head, while a mans brains are in his loins. a woman think from her brain, a man think from his ****.

One major diffrence is in how we handle being sick. When men get sick they are the biggest whiners in the world. You would think that they were the only ones to ever get sick. When women are sick the do not want to be bothered and can be very short with anyone within a 1 mile radius.
