for israel... i don't mean to drag on but in the 1830s there were about 50000 people in the whole middle east. over fifty percent were jewish, in what they called the land of milk and honey. england owned the aresa and later in the 1800s, more jews left russia and europe and came to the land of milk and honey and bought some land. islamic culture states that a non muslim cannot be more prosperoud than a muslim but that was beginning to happen. then in 1948 england told the jews they could have their own country and created israel, don't forget that at this time there was no palestine but palestinians and no jordan or lebanon. the english then went and told the lebanese that if they wanted they could move west and take over as much land a they wanted until the sea. they took a little land. they instead took over the newly formed palestinian land and told the palestinians they could move into israel and that is how this whole forever mess got started in modern times. but look backthe assyrians and syrians and romans and greeks and turks. everybody has fought over that land. but look who has always been more abundent there: the jewish.

I am for any country's right to defend its people against kidnapping and extortion from any other force/nation/country.

Theoretically, if an American group kidnapped someone from another nation and the US government denied having any control or responsibility over the situation, I am sure the nation of the kidnap victim would promote the stance that the US would be responsible.

That whole area is ***-backwards and honestly their constant drama is really really getting old. I'm growing to dislike both and at this point would be very pleased if they just went away!

I'm totally against war and violence. Whatever the problems are they should try to solve them peacefully, stop bombing and killing innocent people. And that goes for both sides.
