60 Seconds = 1 Minute
60(60) = 3600 seconds = 1 Hour
3600(24) = 86400 seconds = 1 Day
86400(365.25) = 315576000s = 1 year
315576(31.6) = 9972201600 = the age
The answer: 31.6
.6 = 60%
12 monthe = year
12 x ,6 = 7.2 months
The individual will be approximately 31 years, 7 months, when th reaches 1 (One) billion seconds.

1 billion seconds.
Also...
277777 7/9 hours.
11574 2/27 days.
Approximately 31 years, 8 months, 16 days, 1 hour, 1 minute, 22 seconds. (assuming a "year" is a unit of time measuring 365 days)
Leap years really shouldn't be considered, because that depends on your birthdate. Also, the length of a month changes, which adds additional variation also based on your birthdate.

1 billion seconds * (1 minute / 60 seconds)
= 16,666,666 minutes & 20 seconds
16,666,666 min * (1 hour / 60 sec)
=277,777 hours & 46 minutes & 20 seconds
277,777 hours * (1 day / 24 hours)
=11,574 days & 1 hours & 46 minutes & 20 seconds
11,574 days * (1 year / 365.24 days) (leap year skips once per century)
= 31 years & 251 days & 15 hours & 12 minutes & 44 seconds

The word billion is ambiguous.
Americans believe a billion is thousand millions just as they believe football is a sport played nowhere else in the world.
A billion should be, just as in any other language, a million millions.
Just like American-football is not football. An American-billion is not a billion. You should precise if your billion is 10^9 or 10^12 or use a less ambiguous word.
