Dark circles can be caused by fatigue, poor circulation, extra-thin skin under the eyes, hyperpigmentation or illness. Treating the cause will help keep dark circles from coming back. In the meantime, consider the following coverup tactics:
Steps:
1. Select an under-eye concealer that's one shade lighter than the foundation you're using.
2. Understand that a pale yellow underbase helps hide blue or grayish circles, while a light blue or mauve underbase masks brownish under-the-eye bags.
3. Dab concealer under your eyes gently, using a soft circular motion.
4. Apply foundation up to the concealer and blend the two shades together gently, using a circular motion.
5. Talk to a dermatologist about prescription bleach creams for chronic dark circles.
6. Ask your doctor about vitamin-A derivative creams and in-office chemical peels that might help lessen the darkness of your circles.
Tips:
Avoid concealers containing oils, because the oil will settle into the fine lines under your eyes and draw attention to the circles.
Consider buying a pair of cosmetic-only eyeglasses if concealer doesn't work for you. Pick out rims that rest right over the dark circles.
Warnings:
Never use an over-the-counter facial and body cream bleach under the eyes to eliminate dark circles. Use only prescription creams administered under a doctor's supervision.

To begin with you can apply teabags or anything that has caffeine in it (or cucumber) on your eyes because they contain constringents which will tighten the blood vessels around the eye area. Then you can apply an eye cream (prefably cold) followed by concealer. Prevention is still the best cure though, lots of water before sleep. Or to be creative you can encorporate the darkness into your eyeshadow (I know this sounds silly but I felt lazy one day and it turned out okay).

You can start with the reason of why you have then .You must get plenty of sleep and drink lots of water , you also should start put some night cream for your eyes at night.
cucumbers pads and potato pads can reduce the puffiness and dark shadows if you put them under your eyes for 20 minutes , you van also use chamomile tea bags as well.
and remember that the area under the eyes is very sensitive so it is really important to clean it gently with eye make up remover before you go to sleep or you would get fine lines no matter how young you are
good luck

The fastest way to get rid of dark circles is by heading over to your fave cosmetic counter and ask for "concealer". They will show you how to apply it properly. Sometimes dark circles are hereditary or from lack of sleep, the latter are easier to get rid of by getting more sleep and keeping your body well hydrated. Unfortunately if they are hereditary, your stuck with them, but concealer when applied properly can temporarily erase them :)
