It is very bad to take too many antibiotics, and you should never take them unless your body has or is likely to fight off an infection. They are a miracle drug that is undermined by overuse. They have absolutely no effect on viruses.

The problem with overusing antibiotics is that the bacteria they destroy will, over the course of time, develop resistance to the drug. This is evolution in action, in case you are interested. Once a bacterium has formed a resistance to antibiotics, the antibiotics are useless against them, and it is possible there will be no other drug capable of fighting the stronger form of the bacteria. We are already seeing this in some UK hospitals (and elsewhere, quite likely), with the so-called "super bugs" that cannot be fought.

If your doctor prescribes antibiotics you should always take them and always finish the course even if you feel better before then. You should never take them at any other time. And if you eat meat, you should avoid meat that has been treated with antibiotics for the same reason.

Yeah it can be bad. Some antibiotics are also poison to the body. The body can also become dependent on the antibiotics and can result in a lower white blood cell count. Using antibiotics over time can lead to bacteria becoming resistant. You should work to strengthen your immune system so it can fight on its own. You should only take antibiotics as recommended by your doctor.

depeneds on why your taking them and how much but generally speaking yes... if your a woman/man you run the risk of yeast build up and good bacteria also gets killed along with the bad... also depending on the type of meds they can stain or teeth. You can also become dependant on antibiotics to do what your immune system is supposed to be doing for you. Hope this helps.

You will create super bugs that are immune to the antibiotics. Don't take them unless you are prescribed and always finish them.
